Preheat and prep. Set the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment. Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder, then spread it in a single layer on one side of the pan.
Season the salmon. Mix together the olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, lime zest, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets and place them skin-side down on the other side of the pan.
